It feels like spring has finally decided to show up, and our BBBSCI staff couldn’t be more excited! While you and your kids may love to hear the birds chirping and feel the fresh, spring air as you’re playing outside, it also means those spring showers are here. This week’s newsletter is focused on how you can continue to stay active, exercise, and move and groove indoors! Not only is exercising great for our bodies in a physical sense, it is also extremely important for our mental health during this time of isolation.
