Match Support Specialist

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana is currently accepting applications for the Match Support Specialist position. The primary function of this position is to provide matches with support to ensure child safety, positive impacts for youth, constructive and satisfying relationships between youth and volunteers, and a strong sense of affiliation with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana (BBBSCI) on the part of volunteers, children, parents/guardians, and families.  Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred. 

This is a Full-time permanent position and does require working at least two evenings a week and some weekend hours based on client/agency needs. 

Qualified candidates would possess at a minimum the following skills and attributes: 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and meet state required automobile insurance minimums.
• Must pass background and reference checks and meet job criteria.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in social services, education, criminal justice, or related field preferred.
