What We AchieveBig Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana matches boys and girls, ages 8 through 14, referred to as “Littles,” with adult volunteer mentors, known as “Bigs,” in professionally supported, one-to-one mentoring relationships, known as a “match.” 1 Mentor (“Big”) + 1 Youth (“Little”) = 1 Mentoring Relationship (“Match”) Matches are supported until the youth reaches the age of 18 or graduates from high school. We have a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of our volunteers and youth.
