We were happy to host a fall recruitment event at Fountain Square Brewery to bring together current Bigs and prospective Bigs while learning about our program over a beer. We hosted more than 40 individuals who joined in lively conversation about what it means to be a Big, how to get involved, and details around how potential Littles find our organization. These events are always a great way for our team to keep pulse on what is important to the individuals that share their time and gifts with us, and the kids we have the honor of pairing with each Big. Everyone wins!
