Enrollment & Matching Specialist

The Enrollment and Matching team engages interested youth, parents/guardians, and volunteers and initiates the enrollment process, while providing an elevated level of customer service. The team assesses youth and volunteers for eligibility and suitability for the program and places them in an appropriate match.

If you’re pursuing a degree in a related field and looking for an internship opportunity, Big Brothers Big Sisters might be the right place for you. We offer internships to students who are passionate about mentoring youth and making a difference in their lives.  You’ll have the opportunity to participate in various events and programs and learn valuable skills that will help you in your future career.
