Waiting Youth: The Power & Promise Program
Youth participate in training programs that prepare them to successfully become mentors, community organizers, policy change advocates, and professional consultants for youth-serving organizations. These two-way, active forms of engagement allow youth to realize change in their immediate environment and begin to shift power to those most impacted.

Who: Must be between 12-18 years of age and on BBBSCI Waitlist
When: May 20, May 27, June 3, June 10, June 17, June 24,July 1st
o Time: 6pm-8pm
o Location: Big Brothers Big Sisters ( 1433 N. Meridian St.)
o Transportation is not provided
o Food will be provided.
- Consistent participation may result in youth being prioritized for interview for 1:1 mentoring.
