Big Brothers Big Sisters mentorship programs carefully match children and adults to develop a meaningful relationship where the child has an opportunity to thrive as a result of the positive influence they will receive.
In our Community-Based (“CB”) Program – Matches meet in the community twice per month and focus on low- to no-cost activities. The Big : Little ratio is 1:1 or 2:1.
Visit the Big Sports initiative page to learn more about joining this Community-Based Program where every Big Sports match will receive at least one free sports game or event to do together. Half of your outings in your first year are already planned for you and your Little!
In our Site-Based (“SB”) Program – Matches only meet at a designated site for a specific length of time. For the 2025-2026 school year, matches will meet once a week over the lunch hour at an IPS school. The Big : Little ratio is 1:1.
