You don’t need any special qualifications to be a mentor. A kid will never ask that you be perfect, only that you be present. And we’ll support you every step of the way.
Our Community-Based (“CB”) Program pairs adult mentors, or Bigs, with kids, or Littles, between the ages of 8 to 18 years old. Bigs & Littles choose their own activities and meet up twice per month!

Mentors and mentees meet up during facilitated sessions at schools who host the Site-Based (“SB”) Program. These sessions currently take place during the lunch hour at schools located in Lawrence Township or the Martindale Brightwood neighborhood.

Group Mentoring programs are unique solutions to support more kids in our community. In an eight-week facilitated cohort, mentors are paired with a couple mentees to navigate a curriculum designed to build young people’s skills.

We can’t do this alone, so we’ve chosen to collaborate with 20+ other youth-supporting organizations to provide the support and resources that every kid waiting for mentorship deserves.
