Big Brothers Big Sisters mentorship programs carefully match children and adults to develop a meaningful relationship where the child has an opportunity to thrive as a result of the positive influence they will receive.

Start mentoring and make a BIG impact in your community by becoming a part of our community of mentors!
Our Community-Based (“CB”) Program pairs adult mentors, or Bigs, with kids, or Littles, between the ages of 8 to 18 years old. Bigs & Littles choose their own activities and meet up twice per month!

Mentors and mentees meet up once a week for one hour at schools who host the Site-Based (“SB”) Program. These sessions currently take place during the lunch hour at schools located in Lawrence Township or the Martindale Brightwood neighborhood.

Group Mentoring programs are unique solutions to support more kids in our community. In an eight-week facilitated cohort, mentors are paired with a couple mentees to navigate a curriculum designed to build young people’s skills.

You’ll be hanging out with your Little in a few easy steps and we’re here to guide and support you every step of the way.
