Take the Next Step

Big Brothers Big Sisters mentorship programs carefully match children and adults to develop a meaningful relationship where the child has an opportunity to thrive as a result of the positive influence they will receive.

Ways to Volunteer

Community-Based Mentoring

MENTORS & YOUNG PEOPLE MAKE THEIR OWN SCHEDULES

Our Community-Based (“CB”) Program pairs adult mentors, or Bigs, with kids, or Littles, between the ages of 8 to 18 years old. Bigs & Littles choose their own activities and meet up twice per month!

Site-Based Mentoring

OUR TEAM FACILITATES PROGRAMS AT ONE PLACE

Mentors and mentees meet up once a week for one hour at schools who host the Site-Based (“SB”) Program. These sessions currently take place during the lunch hour at schools located in Lawrence Township or the Martindale Brightwood neighborhood.

Group Mentoring

AN INNOVATIVE SOLUTION TO SUPPORT MORE KIDS

Group Mentoring programs are unique solutions to support more kids in our community. In an eight-week facilitated cohort, mentors are paired with a couple mentees to navigate a curriculum designed to build young people’s skills.
