A Bright Future Ahead for BBBSCI Graduating Little, Faith Harrington

Faith Harrington, a graduating Little from our 2020 BBBSCI Graduating Class, graduated Valedictorian from her class this year at Crispus Attucks Medical Magnet High School.

Faith was recently interviewed by Fox 59 News about her impressive resume leaving high school and what she is planning to accomplish in her future. In addition to being a Little in our program and graduating at the top of her class, Faith was also involved in numerous extra-curricular activities including JROTC, math tutoring, coding club, and working as a Registered CNA.

When asked how she is able to do so much, she said, “I pray all the time. I pray all day, I pray about anything. It’s just like having a conversation with God.”

Faith is currently planning on attending DePauw University in the Fall and hopes to study Psychology so that she will be able to fix and help in our nation’s mental health crisis. When asked who Faith Harrington wants to be, she replied, “Faith Harrington wants to be a philanthropist. Faith Harrington wants to be somebody who is always in her community and tries to make change where change needs to be done.”

Big Brothers Big Sisters is so proud of Faith and we are excited to watch her as she journeys into the next chapter of her life and creates the change that is needed in this world. Watch her full interview with Fox 59 News here:
