Director, Strategic Volunteer Engagement

Purpose of this function: The Development & Engagement team forges powerful partnerships with corporations, individuals, and the broader community to recruit mentors, fuel 1:1 and programmatic mentoring, and drive sustainable fund development serving as a unified team that amplifies mission engagement.

Purpose of this role: Lead and strategically implement best practices in volunteer recruitment, relationship building, events, and drive results.

Site-Based Program Specialist

Purpose of this function: The Mentoring Relationship team provides customized support, coaching, supervision, and engagement to all match parties to ensure that matches build strong, enduring relationships that result in positive youth outcomes and fulfilling volunteer experiences for Bigs.

Purpose of this role: The purpose of this position is to play a vital role in three key areas: (1) providing match support for site-based (2) coordinating the operations of the site-based mentoring program, and (3) providing an additional supportive role to other program team departments to ensure agency goals and strategic plans are met.

Youth Empowerment Coordinator – Part-Time

Purpose of this function: The Match Support Team provides customized support, coaching, supervision, and engagement to all mentoring relationship parties to ensure they build strong, enduring relationships that result in positive youth outcomes and fulfilling volunteer experiences for mentors.

Purpose of this role: The purpose of this position is to collaborate with community organizations and expand BBBSCI programming and support for group mentoring and referred youth.

Program Events & Partnership Specialist

Purpose of function: To build strong, enduring relationships that result in positive youth outcomes and fulfilling volunteer experiences through intentional opportunities, events/activities, and communication.

Purpose of role: To support matches through the creation, communication and implementation of intentional activities and events to promote positive youth development and support match satisfaction and retention.
