Empathy in Action: Mentor Training

Join other Bigs in a session where you’ll practice empathy to be the best mentor you can be!

JJoin other BBBSCI Bigs to build and develop your empathic listening and response skills as a mentor. Big will have the opportunity to connect with other mentors, work through case studies of difficult situations, and be given a pathway towards building stronger relationships with their Littles and their Littles’ family. Matt Vukusich, Manager of Mentoring Relationships, and Jackie Lai, Director of Marketing, Communications, & Belonging, will co-facilitate this training.

Each attendee will leave with resources for further learning, as well as learned lessons and actionable steps to continue growing in your personal and professional journey as a mentor.

Note: This training is meant as a follow-up to the previous From Good to Great: Master Skills that Lead to Transformational Mentoring training, but it is not required for you to attend that training prior to attending this one.

This event will be for Bigs only. Dinner will be provided for attendees.
