Join other BBBSCI Bigs to gain insight and learn strategies to continue strengthening cultural humility, empathy, and navigating difficult topics in your mentoring relationship. Bigs will have the opportunity to connect with other mentors, participate in professional development activities, and discuss best practices to support young people. Matt Vukusich, Manager of Mentoring Relationships, and Jackie Lai, Director of Marketing, Communications, & Belonging, will co-facilitate this training.
Each attendee will leave with resources for further learning, as well as learned lessons and actionable steps to continue growing in your personal and professional journey as a mentor. (Note: This is a similar training to one offered to mentors in February 2025.)
This event will be for Bigs only. Dinner will be provided for attendees.
