Waiting Youth: Peace Learning Center Group Mentoring
Big Brothers Big Sisters comes together with Peace Learning Center to provide an exciting and enriching group mentoring experience.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is teaming up with the Peace Learning Center for our new group mentoring cohort. This cohort is all about guiding youth to think about their values and mental/emotional wellbeing through engaging and fun activites. For ages 8-18.
Upon arrival, youth will have the opportunity to eat with dinner provided by Big Brothers Big Sisters and socalize with their peers and volunteer mentors. Following dinner, we will lead into a guided activity that they will complete with their group. Groups will consist of youth and a mentor, typically on a 1:3 ratio.
Youth/Parent Training – Thursday, 8/7 from 6pm-7:30pm
Session 1 – Wed, 8/13 from 6pm-7:30pm
Session 2 – Wed, 8/20 from 6pm-7:30pm
Session 3 – Wed, 8/27 from 6pm-7:30pm
Session 4 – Wed, 9/3 from 6pm-7:30pm
Session 5 – Wed, 9/10 from 6pm-7:30pm
Session 6 – Wed, 9/17 from 6pm-7:30pm
Session 7 – Wed, 9/24 from 6pm-7:30pm
