Darcey Palmer-Shultz (she/her), Chief Executive Officer

Darcey Palmer-Shultz, the Chief Executive Officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, has been an integral part of the organization since January 2006. Under her leadership, BBBSCI has become one of the top affiliates in the country, earning recognition and accolades from numerous organizations. In 2012, she was named one of the Forty Under 40 by the Indianapolis Business Journal, which speaks to her exceptional leadership skills. Palmer-Shultz is a former Big Sister in both Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, and she enjoys meeting and getting to know the many good people who choose BBBSCI to be a part of their lives.
